Products are baked from scratch using the freshest, natural ingredients available without addition of commercial preservatives. Purchase of some perishable items is done on a daily basis, since quality and freshness is of paramount importance. MacAulay’s philosophy is to keep its food simple, affordable and delicious. Packaging is kept clean and simple. Recipes have been based on traditional Island favorites and developed according to customer preference and input.
